Marty Briggs' World Famous Pecan Pie

1 cup of pecans

3 beaten eggs

Pinch of salt

1 cup of light corn syrup

1/2 cup of light brown sugar (packed)

1 generous teaspoon of vanilla

1 tablespoon of butter

Directions:  Spread pecans on the bottom of pie shell.  Whip eggs in blender.  Combine remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.  Pour filling mixture over pecans to coat.  Bake at 350-degrees until done (approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on your oven).
