Texas Caviar

TEXAS CAVIAR
1 can Trappy's Jalapeno Black Eyed Peas (drained)
1 can Mexican Corn (drained)
1 med.tomato
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup purple onion
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1 cup or less Wishbone Italian salad dressing
(Optional: Bell pepper, Green onions)
Finely chop garlic & all vegetables.
Mix & refrigerate over night.
Serve w/ Tostitos or Frito Scoops
