Triple Chip Cheesecake
TRIPLE CHIP CHEESECAKE
Recipe for Crust:
1 ready made chocolate graham cracker crust
Recipe for Filling:
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
3 Tablespoons flour
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 eggs
1 (6 oz.) cup Butterscotch morsels
1 (6 oz.) cup chocolate morsels
1 (6 oz.) white morsels
Recipe for Topping:
1 tablespoon of each of the morsels (melted)
Beat Cream chese and sugar in mixer until smooth. Add sour cream, flour
and extract; mix well. Add eggs; beat on low speed until combined.
Melt butterscotch morsels in microwave bowl for 1 minute. Stir. Morsels
may need to be melted again. Mix 1 1/2 cups batter with butterscoth
morsels. Pour into crust. Repeat with chocolate morsels, then white
morsels. Bake for 1 hour 10 to 15 minutes in a 300 degree oven. Cool on
wire rack for 10 minutes. Let stand for 1 hour. Melt 1 tablespoon of
butterscotch morsel and place in plastic bag, drizzle over cooled cake and
repeat with chocolate and white morsels. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours
or overnight.
