Tater Tot Casserole

Tater Tot Casserole
1/2 lb susage link, sliced
1 small chopped onion
1 can french style geen beans,drained (or without this)
16 oz package of regular tater tots (32 oz would work good too)
1 can cream of chicken
1 cup milk
1/2 to 1 env. of dry onion soup mix
Little grated cheese
salt and pepper
Cook down susage and onions. In a sauce pan cook down cream of chicken,
milk and onion soup mix together. Grease a 9 X 13 baking dish, then layer
8 oz tater tots, pour half of soup mixture, sprinkle lightly with cheese,
salt and pepper, then repeat process. Bake covered 30 mins. at 400', then
bake uncovered for 20 mins.
Also can try broccoli, ground round sirlon, or ground meat but the above I
found the best!
